1. Ownership:
All designs, artwork, and final deliverables created by Digital Design Solutions shall remain the property of Digital Design Solutions until full payment has been received.
2. Payment:
Payment for the design services must be made in accordance with the terms agreed upon between the client and Digital Design Solutions. Failure to make payment may result in delayed delivery or cancellation of the project.
3. Revisions:
The client is entitled to a specific number of revisions as agreed upon in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur extra charges.
4. Client
Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information for the design project. Any delays or errors caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client shall not be the responsibility of Digital Design Solutions.
5. Timelines:
The client acknowledges that adherence to the agreed-upon delivery timeline outlined in the project proposal is crucial for the successful completion of the project. Prompt responses are required for the review of artwork presented. Any delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or feedback within the specified timeframe may result in adjustments to the project timeline and delivery schedule.
6. Confidentiality:
Digital Design Solutions acknowledges that any information shared by the client for the design project is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s consent.
7. Copyright and Usage:
Upon full payment, the client will have full ownership and copyright of the final design. Digital Design Solutions retains the right to display the completed work in their portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
8. Liability:
Digital Design Solutions will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, internet outages, or client-provided materials.
9. Refunds:
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If, for any reason, the client is not satisfied with the delivered design, they must notify Digital Design Solutions within 2 working days of receiving the final deliverables. Digital Design Solutions will review the request and, at its sole discretion, may offer a partial refund or alternative solution. This could include revisions, additional design options, or further collaboration to ensure the client’s satisfaction
